The primary purpose of this event is to promote pan-African-ism and socio-cultural amongst our students while doing that amidst glitz and glamour. The last OOU-MEGA CARNIVAL was held in 2014 and the one year hiatus in 2015 was in order to rebrand the event and serve it bigger this year.

This year OOU-SUG Presents to you

“OOU-MEGA CARNIVAL 2016” with the theme “Celebrating OOU, Celebrating Culture”.
Date: June 1st.
Venue: OOU-Permanent site Ago-Iwoye.
Time: 10am Prompt.
Featuring: Performances by:
Ycee (Jagaban), Pepenazi (Illegal master), and a host of other Artistes. Inter-faculty parade, horse riding, skating, dance competitions, comedy etc, lots of freebies to be given out by participating sponsors to students etc.
Each Faculty is represented by distinct colors and every students are urged to get their faculty colored tees in order to represent their faculty and be involved in the carnival i.e Faculty of BMS #Black, Faculty of Engineering #Red, Faculty of Agriculture #Green, Faculty of Arts #Purple, Faculty of Law #Lemon, Faculty of Education #FuschalPink, Faculty of Science #Blue and Faculty of SMS #NavyBlue.
