An asthma attack can also be triggered by non allergic factors such as tobacco smoke, exercise, respiratory infection and also emotional factors such as stress, crying and even laughing. 
  • The condition is set to be incurable medically, but the treatment is based on controlling the symptoms and the resultant complications. The best treatment of asthma can be in the form of pills, injection or a combination of both. 
  • The ideal way of avoiding the asthma complications such as wheezing and shortness of breath is to prevent yourself from coming in contact with the triggers, whether allergic or non allergic 
  • It was believed that physical activities was to be avoided by asthmatic patients, but nowadays it is thought of as a welcome thing by doctors. It has been proven that physical activities can help to improve the strength of breathing muscles and improve the functioning of the lungs.
