Glowing  skin resembles healthy body thus healthy skin. Have sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables, as they contain Vitamin A, E, and C which is very essential. Proper balanced diet will keep you healthy and your skin glowing. Drinking water, at least 8 to 10 glass per day, is must for not only glowing skin but also healthy body. It gives skin natural moisturiser and helps to resolve skin problems like pimples, wrinkles, loosen skin, dryness. Sleep for at least 8 hours a day. Proper sleep will keep you freshen up and your skin glowing. Do also try to meditate, exercise regularly or early morning walk. Avoid yourself from going in sun rays, when sun is at peak high from 10 am to 4 pm. Apply sun screen or take proper precautions like use scarf, umbrella, eye glasses. Tanning from sun will take long time to remove up.
